The Message Part F

FA. Jesus Christ is a Spirit. The earthy image of Christ or the natural body of Christ [1 Cor 15:44] was earthly [1 Cor 15:53] and was created [Heb 11:10 - [BY - BZ].

FB. Moses also represented Christ when he led the people of Israel through the wilderness of the Red Sea [Exo 14]. The crossing of the red sea is a prophecy about the day of judgment. The wilderness is a parable name for this world [BT].

FC. We already know that Christ is the way, the truth, and the life [John 14:6]. He will make a way out of this world for His sheep. They will have eternal life while the goats will suffer eternal damnation [Matt 25:32-34, Exo 19:4 - 1 Thess 4:17, Isa 43:19].

FD. The biblical figures that represent Christ also include Samson, Eve, Adam, Saul, among others. Based on this knowledge, we should not be surprised that Samson was one of those praised alongside Samuel and Gedeon [Heb 11:32-34].

FE. The narrative about the death of Samson in Judges 16:25-30 is a prophecy about the death of Christ and the days of vengeance that will take place after.

FF. We learned that the pillars of the house collapsed after the death of Samson. This represents how everything will be shaken at the end of the world [Isa 13:13, Heb 12:26-27, Mark 13:24-25, Hag 2:6, Ps 18:7]:

FG. Isa 13:13 - Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the Lord of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.

FH. The garden of Eden, Mount Sinai, and Mount Zion or Jerusalem are the dwelling places of the Lord according to Jubilee 8:19 in the Apocrypha [And he knew that the Garden of Eden is the holy of holies, and the dwelling of the Lord], We’ve already studied Jerusalem as a dwelling place of the Lord [BZ].

FI. According to the narrative in Gen 2:9-17, the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil were trees planted in the garden of Eden. God told Adam and Eve that they should eat of the tree of life but that they should avoid eating of the other.

FJ. You may have wondered why the same tree of life was promised to him that overcomes [Rev 2:7 - ...to him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God]. It was because the tree of life denotes eternal life.

FK. It represents the eternal life that Christ will have after He overcomes death [1 Cor 15:26 - The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death].

FL. The tree of the knowledge of good and evil represents the life Christ has when He decided to take on flesh [Gal 4:4 - But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law].

FM. Based on FL above, we can discern that the law is the knowledge of good and evil [Rom 3:20 - ...for by the law is the knowledge of sin].

FN. If we recall, God told them that when they eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, they will surely die [Gen 2:17] -  This death is represented by Christ's death in the flesh when He became a sacrifice for sins [Heb 9:26]:

FO. 1 Pet 2:24 - Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree…; 1 Pet 3:18 - For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit.

FP. The arrival of Eve as Adam's helpmeet [Gen 2:18-24 - ...I will make him an help meet for him...] is the fulfillment of another prophecy:

FQ. The descent of the Lord as a helper to complete the works - we’ll see Him in Spirit on the last day. The earthy came as His messenger [Isa 40:3-5] or servant [Josh 1:13] to do the first works [Rev 2:5] - He will drop this plow the day He dies [Luke 9:62]:

FR. Heb 13:6 - So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper…; Rom 9:28 - For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth;

FS. 1 Thess 4:16 - For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first.

FT. We should not let the difference in gender confuse us. It is evident that God, the Spirit, does not have a gender nor consider it [Gal 3:28]. He is described as the bride in Rev 21:2, the bridegroom in Isa 62:5, husband in Isa 54:5, and wife in Rev 21:9.

FU. How do we align everything? The descent of the Lord will happen after the death of Christ just as Eve came after the Lord above caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam [Gen 2:21].

FV. That is, Adam’s deep sleep is the likeness of the death of Christ. Furthermore, we know that sleep is a parable name that denotes the death of someone who will come back to life.

FW. We can understand this better if we study Luke 8:49-55. In this part of the scripture, Jesus said Jairus’s dead daughter was asleep. She came back to life after he made a decree - this itself testifies of Christ-Jesus.

FX. Then, how is the latter part - Gen 2:24 [Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh] - aligned with the death and the resurrection of Christ?

FY. We know that the Word was God in the beginning [John 1:1]. Have you ever wondered what will happen in the end since there is and there will only be one God? The answer is that there will be a union to one spiritual body in the end - there will still be one God.

FZ. In the scripture, this union is defined as the marriage supper of the Lamb. The Holy Spirit, the Lord from heaven, is the Lamb’s wife [Rev 19:7]:
